What To Do In The Caribbean

The Caribbean, the Caribe, the Spanish Main; no matter what you call it, the name evokes visions of crystalline blue waters, white sand beaches and towering swaying palms. The Caribbean Sea is the number one destination in the world and people from all over the globe come for the beauty, culture, historic attractions and the multitude of watersports.

The Caribbean is an ideal venue for weddings, honeymoons and romantic getaways. Margaritas on the beach beneath a tropical moon tends to sharpen Cupid’s arrows and a midnight swim in the warm sea is what dreams are made of. All the islands are punctuated by the remnants of their colonial past and there are influences of Spanish, Dutch, French and English in the architecture, culture and cuisine.

The interiors of most of the islands rise from the turquoise sea into tropical forests decorated with waterfalls and refreshing pools. The sea is alive with colorful marinelife and brilliant corals and is a paradise for snorkelers and scuba divers. Resorts host catamarans, jet skis, surfboards and activities for the whole family.

The alluring Caribbean islands offer something for everyone no matter what their desires and interests and it is a true slice of heaven.
